Make a Textured Silver Pendant Workshop - 22/05/24

DURATION: 2.5 - 3 hours

Join me, Islay Spalding, for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn to make a textured silver pendant in a shape of your choice.

You will learn about jump rings, saw-piercing and hammer texture techniques, and get to choose from a selection of chains to hang your pendant on. Perfect for beginners, or those with prior experience, this workshop is a great way to learn some basic jewellery techniques whilst creating something beautiful to take home and treasure.

- You must be 16 years old or above to attend.
- Spaces are limited to five participants to ensure each student has full access to all tools and equipment necessary.
- Please bring glasses if you need them for close up work and wear workshop appropriate clothes (no open toe shoes or particularly loose clothing, hair tied back).
- Refreshments are provided.

Workshops are held at Double Door Studios, 7 Ward Road, Dundee, DD1 1LP.

Accessibility Info: Please note that Double Door Studios is located on the first floor of the building without an elevator. We are happy to provide private workshops at a location suitable to all parties so please get in touch to discuss.

Cancellations Policy: Islay Spalding Contemporary Jewellery Designs reserves the right to cancel your workshop due to unexpected circumstances. If we cancel your workshop, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. If you cancel more than two weeks prior to the start of the workshop, the workshop fee will be refunded minus a £20 administration charge. If you cancel your place less than two weeks before the start of the course, your fees will not normally be refundable, unless in exceptional circumstances where we may offer a full or partial refund or alternative date.
